Emma's 50th birthday celebration

The brief was an evening of Parisian glamour. As soon as guests entered the marquee, they were transported to a sophisticated French-style brasserie. Chandeliers sparkled from the ceiling amongst low-slung, rich velvet drapes. We created an intricate, intimate table layout, with chic black rattan bistro chairs. Cut-crystal glassware elevated the tablescape, while individual stems of deep burgundy flowers nestled between tapered candles, matching the rich red of the napkins.
Following a delicious sit-down dinner, guests spilled out onto the lawn for a phenomenal fireworks display that lit up the sky above the house. It was a showstopping moment and a fitting tribute to Emma. A 12-piece band then welcomed everyone back into the marquee to dance the night away.

The main challenge for this event build was keeping the marquee interior a complete surprise for the birthday girl, despite it being erected on the lawn next to the front door!
